I was a loctician before I was a coach.

I didn’t start with a perfect plan or a team backing me. I started with responsibility, real pressure, and a skill I knew I had to make work.

Being a stylist and a mother at the same time changed how I viewed life and business. I had people depending on me, bills that didn’t wait, and a talent that could bring in money — but I could also see the limit.

No matter how good I got, I was still tied to the chair. If I wasn’t working, I wasn’t earning.

I knew I didn’t want a business that drained me or a schedule that controlled my life. I wanted structure. I wanted freedom. I wanted something that could grow without me doing everything myself.

So I started moving differently.

Instead of chasing more clients, I focused on building systems. I paid attention to what I was doing repeatedly and turned it into processes that could actually scale.

That’s when everything shifted.

I realized so many talented stylists are stuck — not because they’re not good enough, but because nobody taught them how to turn their skill into a scalable business.

Now through Lyne’s Loc’Her Room Consulting, I help stylists and service providers build businesses that create income, structure, freedom, and options.

I’m not here to give temporary motivation. I’m here to help you build something that actually works.

Because I know what it feels like to be booked and busy but still stuck.
